Wendy is a Special Counsel in our Commercial Property Team.

Biography

I joined Murdoch’s property law team in 2015 and have been practicing law for over 15 years.

Outside of work travel is my passion – I love to explore different cultures, architecture, and histories. I’m also a keen gardener and cook and enjoy relaxing at home with friends, family and good food. I’m also mum to 2 very spoilt dogs who rule the roost.

At work, I am passionate about property law. Although I have practiced in a broad range of areas over the years, I now practice almost exclusively in property law.

I assist clients in all areas of property law – rural and commercial sales and acquisitions, rural, retail, commercial and industrial leasing matters, retirement living agreements, water and titling matters, property development issues and advising on and preparing a diverse range of property and commercial agreements.

Coming from a rural background I am particularly passionate about rural matters and understand the particular needs of rural clients.

I strive to meet my client’s individual needs in an effective, easy to understand and timely manner and look forward to assisting you with your property matters.
