I joined Murdochs after my sister, who also works here as a paralegal, told me about the role. Hearing about her great experience and how supportive the team is, was what lead me here. I come from a big family so I am used to being part of a team, so if the people are great, I am up for working hard. Now that I’m here, it’s definitely matched my expectations.
Biography
I’m Maddy and I’m part of the Administration team. I love that my role is to support the team so they can do what they need to do.
This is the first job where I am excited to learn new functions and challenge myself. I have great mentors and the support of the team to help me succeed. Until I came here, I haven’t had a clear view of what I’ve wanted to do in my career.
Now my eyes have been opened to all of the possibilities that lie ahead for me. I’m really excited for what is to come.
One of my favourite parts of my day is when I do the daily internal office tray run -I love getting to chat to each of the team and find out how their day is going. It’s small things in my days like this that make it special.
