April saw the return of Yolanda Battisson to Murdoch Lawyers as a Senior Associate in our Family Law Team.
Yolanda has returned to our Toowoomba Office after a period of over four years practising in Sydney City at one of Australia’s largest boutique family law firms.
Yolanda has worked in legal practices in Toowoomba, Brisbane, London and Sydney since her admission as a solicitor in 2001 and has practised exclusively in family law since 2007.
Yolanda assists client’s with international family law matters, financial matters (including matters involving high-net-worth matrimonial property disputes, complex company and trust structures and multiple third parties), de facto threshold issues, drafting Financial Agreements and prosecuting and defending applications in respect of the validity of such agreements, prosecuting and defending applications for spousal maintenance and legal costs, parenting matters (including matters involving child abuse, interstate and international relocation and parental alienation), child support related disputes (including departure order applications, applications for declarations about parentage and adult child maintenance) and divorce proceedings.
